Symptom & Impact

HMC shows LPAR RMC connection ‘Inactive’; DLPAR ops on AIX 7.3 fail.

RSCT rmcd on AIX cannot reach HMC over service network.

ctcas/IPSec keys out of sync or firewall blocking TCP/657.
