Last updated: 13 May 2026
These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of the Progressive Robot website, online content, documentation, public pages, forms, downloads, portals, blog posts, technical materials, search features, embedded tools and related online services (the “Website”). They are legally binding and apply alongside our Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, EULA and any separate contract that applies to paid Services.
By browsing, accessing, using, submitting forms, downloading materials, creating an account, subscribing, contacting us or otherwise interacting with the Website, you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, you must stop using the Website.
We grant you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Website for lawful personal or internal business purposes. You do not acquire ownership of the Website, content, code, design, data, trade marks or other intellectual property.
Website content may include articles, technical tutorials, opinions, software notes, examples, commands, scripts, diagrams, images, videos, downloadable files and service descriptions. Content is for general information only. It is not legal, tax, financial, medical, security, compliance or other professional advice. You must assess suitability, test safely and obtain specialist advice before relying on content for important decisions.
You must provide accurate information when using forms, requesting quotes, subscribing, opening tickets or creating accounts. You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of credentials, restricting access, using strong passwords and notifying us of suspected misuse. We may refuse, suspend or remove accounts or submissions that breach these terms or create risk.
You must not:
You retain ownership of content you submit, but you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit, display, modify and use it as necessary to operate the Website, respond to you, provide Services, comply with law, protect security and enforce our terms. You warrant that submissions are lawful, accurate, virus-free and do not infringe rights. Do not submit confidential, sensitive or personal information unless necessary and lawful.
The Website and its content are owned by or licensed to Progressive Robot and protected by intellectual property laws. You may view pages in a browser and make reasonable internal copies for evaluation or record-keeping. You must not reproduce, distribute, sell, adapt, translate, create derivative works, remove notices or use branding without permission except as allowed by law.
Commands, scripts, configuration examples, code snippets and technical instructions on the Website may be incomplete, environment-specific or outdated. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, securing and adapting them before use. We are not responsible for damage caused by running commands, changing systems, deploying code or relying on examples without proper review.
Automated access must comply with our robots.txt, llms.txt, ai.json and any published crawler instructions, as well as applicable law. We may block, throttle or challenge bots, scrapers, crawlers, AI agents, vulnerability scanners or automated clients that create load, bypass controls, ignore permissions, misrepresent identity or extract protected content. The website may include technical measures such as rate limiting, signed URLs, CAPTCHAs, fingerprinting, behavioural detection and IP-based blocking to enforce these controls.
The Website may link to or embed third-party websites, plugins, maps, videos, social networks, app stores, payment processors, fonts, analytics tools and other services. We do not control third-party services and are not responsible for their content, availability, security, policies, terms or practices.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we process personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains cookies and similar technologies. By using the Website you acknowledge those policies and any choices you make through the cookie banner or browser settings.
We may update, remove, restrict, suspend, redirect, archive or discontinue any part of the Website at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, compatibility, search visibility, page speed, security, absence of errors or continued availability of any feature or content.
We may monitor traffic, logs, forms, accounts and technical activity for security, fraud prevention, abuse prevention, analytics, performance and legal compliance. We may block IP addresses, user agents, accounts, requests, submissions or regions where we reasonably believe this is necessary.
Report legal, content, privacy or security concerns to [email protected]. Security testing must be responsible, limited, lawful and must not access, alter, delete or exfiltrate data. You must stop testing on first impact, avoid disrupting users, avoid social engineering of staff or customers and give us a reasonable period to remediate before any public disclosure. We will work in good faith with researchers who report findings responsibly.
We aim to design and improve the Website with accessibility in mind. If you encounter an accessibility issue or need content in an alternative format, contact [email protected].
The Website is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we exclude warranties of accuracy, completeness, currency, fitness for purpose, availability, security, non-infringement, compatibility, performance and error-free operation.
Nothing excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law. Subject to that, we will not be liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, revenue, business, goodwill, data, opportunity, reputation or anticipated savings arising from Website use. If liability cannot be excluded, our total liability relating to Website use is limited to GBP 100 to the maximum extent permitted by law.
We may suspend, block or terminate access if you breach these Terms of Use, violate law, create security risk, overload systems, misuse content, infringe rights or harm us, users or third parties. Sections intended to survive termination continue to apply.
These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except that we may seek urgent protective relief in any appropriate jurisdiction.
