On VIOS run lsmap -all and confirm the expected vtscsi mappings.

On client check errpt for VSCSI_ERR4 and run cfgmgr -v.

Re-map on VIOS with mkvdev -vdev hdiskN -vadapter vhostX -dev vtscsiN.
