Web Control Deck (new)
A sleek, futuristic web admin UI served directly by the built-in REST API listener - no extra components. Enable \RestApiPort\ in hMailServer.INI and browse to the server: live dashboard with animated counters and session stats, domain & account management, delivery-queue retry/delete, and publish-ready DANE TLSA records. Light/dark themes with toggle; sign-in uses the administrator credential.

- Full light/dark theme engine: deep-space dark and clean light palettes applied across every pane and dialog, dark window title bars, native dark scrollbars, themed menus
- Theme toggle in the View menu - follows the Windows app-mode preference by default, choice persisted

Server core is unchanged from 6.0.0 build 4 apart from the new web-page endpoint. Validated by the full regression suite: 898/898 tests passing, zero failures (MariaDB backend, live SpamAssassin + ClamAV, TLS 1.2/1.3 end to end).
